McGuigan Appraisal prides itself in how we serve our clients: Professional, accurate and fast.

For residential work, inspections are usually scheduled within a week or less with completion of appraisal soon thereafter.

For commercial work, appraisals are completed within approximately three weeks of engagement.

Requests can also be accommodated for rush appraisals.
